Alchemy is built on a business model tailored specifically to healthcare clients, designed to bring world class creative, consistent senior management involvement and the flexibility to invest with our clients in recognition of their potential and sometimes wide swings in revenue. To accomplish this, we stripped out all costs of operation that do not relate directly to client service, reinvested these savings to attract, retain and reward the best people in the business while relentlessly preventing a class of "management overseers" uninvolved in client service to materialize.

We are completely committed to creating consumer communications efforts for healthcare clients, broadly defined. Presently, sixty percent of our business is comprised of over-the-counter medications and nutritional products, forty percent prescription drugs. In addition to traditional advertising communication, we offer completely integrated capabilities, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Customer Identification and Acquisition, Public Relations, Brand Identity, Research, Licensing and Acquisition Support Services, and Collateral Creation/Production. We maintain a strong and successful relationship with one of the country's foremost medical agencies, Integrated Communications Corporation, for clients interested in the integration of consumer and professional efforts. A practicing OB/GYN serves us in the capacity of Agency Medical Director, spending one day every month consulting with our teams while providing guidance/information for our staff and our clients anytime, as needed.

Alchemy does not aspire to be a very large agency. Since our inception, we have been fortunate to grow about 15-20% per year, which is fast enough to suit us. Our new business efforts during that time have been limited, with much of our growth coming from clients that have known us and worked with us in the past. We've made a deep commitment to our clients, to our prospects and to each other not to add business beyond our ability to service at the level of quality that has guided our success. We are a group of 65 people, two-thirds of us with 8+ years of experience in the agency business, every one now 100% dedicated to healthcare.
